Titanbay is led by a team of talented professionals from leading investment managers, consulting firms and technology companies, including; EQT, Adams Street, Barings, HSBC, abrdn, Ashgrove Capital, Amazon, American Express and Truelayer.
Ossama is a veteran technology and financial services executive with experience building tech and Al powered financial services businesses from the ground up and scaling them to multi-billion dollar global businesses.
Ossama held leadership roles at American Express in New York in strategy and product. He later joined Amazon as GM of Business Lending where he built a global multi-billion dollar business spanning a team of 400 people in 8 countries. More recently, he was the CPO of two London fintech startups (TrueLayer & Zilch) helping them grow to $1B+ valuations.
As Head of Distribution, Stuart leads the platform's relationships with private banks and wealth managers across Europe and the UK. Stuart has almost three decades of experience in sales and investment management, having started his career with Standard Life as a graduate and advancing to become Head of EMEA for the merged entity of abrdn.
Stuart brings in depth sales experience across the personal financial planning sector including public market platforms and asset management in both public and private markets for wealth managers across Europe and the UK.
Alex leads on fund selection and investment product manufacturing, identifying and determining best-in-class funds to add to Titanbay's
investment platform - as well as managing the Firm's relationships with GPs. Previously, Alex was at Adams Street Partners, a global private markets investment manager.
Earlier in his career, he held analyst roles at RBS Global Banking and Markets and at mergers and acquisitions advisory firm Quayle Munro. Alex started his career at RBS and holds an M.A. in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford.
Gareth leads on fund structuring at Titanbay. He joined us from Ashgrove Capital, a European credit manager, where he was the Finance and Operations Director, responsible for all non-investment activity.
Prior to this, Gareth spent 10 years as a Managing Director at Barings (formerly Babson Capital), a $326bn global asset manager. At Barings, Gareth was responsible for operations for the primary business line, representing approximately 50% of the assets. His responsibilities included structuring, legal, compliance and finance. Gareth holds B.Sc. in Mathematics from the University of Oxford and started his career at Deloitte.
Since 2014, Jussi has been the founder and ClO of Talomon, a boutique investment firm based in London investing in listed equities. Prior to Talomon, Jussi spent 11 years as a private equity investor at EQT, one of the leading global private equity firms with over €100bn in raised capital.
While at EQT, he worked for EQT's flagship buyout strategy covering the Nordic and German markets and served as a non-executive director on a number of EQT's portfolio company boards. Jussi started his career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley in London and holds a MSc degree from the Helsinki School of Economics.
