Noel will lead Titanbay Ireland Limited, Titanbay's in-house AIFM, as more fund oversight runs on technology the firm has already built.

Who is Noel Moloney?

Noel became Managing Director of Titanbay Ireland Limited in October 2026 and sits on its board as an executive director. He joined Titanbay in 2024 as Head of Compliance and went on to lead Group Compliance and Risk across London and Ireland. Noel is a qualified accountant with 20 years' experience, he has deep expertise in private equity fund structures and fund management companies, and has held senior compliance and risk roles in both proprietary and third-party ManCos.

What will Noel focus on?

Noel will focus on scaling the automation behind every fund. Today, Titanbay's technology handles investor onboarding, with AI summarising investor documents for fund admins, and generates subscription and fund closure documents in bulk. Titanbay's technology already takes on the operational work, from structuring and onboarding through to trading and reporting. In practice, 79% of its investors pass KYC first time, and subscription documents that took 15 minutes to process now take one second with Titanbay. It is highly technical, advanced work, built by Titanbay's own engineering team. Noel's job is to build on that as Titanbay grows.

Next up is an AIFM portal, which provides oversight function with its own monitoring dashboard. The dashboard provides cues, alerts, and metrics that feed into both the board slides and the quarterly board deck. This work is driven by three principles: visibility, optimisation and efficiency, to ensure we can run at scale.

What they said

Ossama Soliman, Co-CEO, Titanbay:

"Noel has been instrumental in building out our in-house AIFM over the last couple of years. It's this fusion between understanding the regulations and the rules intimately, codifying them into process maps and then turning them into code that makes Titanbay tick. Noel's job is to build on that as we grow."

Noel Moloney, Managing Director, Titanbay Ireland Limited:

"Every alternative investment fund needs a manager to oversee it, and private markets has run a broken process for decades. At Titanbay Ireland, our own technology takes on that operational work in-house, so asset managers can bring funds to market and run them at scale. My job is to continue scaling it."

Why does Titanbay have its own AIFM?

Every alternative investment fund in the EU needs an AIFM the regulated firm responsible for managing it. The AIFM is ours: Titanbay Ireland Limited, authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland, with a Luxembourg GP on the ground. It isn't outsourced or white-labelled from someone else, and it is responsible for structuring, launching and running funds.

What does Titanbay do?

Titanbay structures, launches, runs, and trades private markets funds, in one place and on technology we built ourselves. The funds are managed by our own alternative investment fund manager, Titanbay Ireland Limited, authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland. Our technology takes on the operational work behind every fund, from structuring and onboarding through to trading and reporting. That lets asset managers bring funds to market and run them at scale, and lets wealth managers access and trade those funds through the systems they already use.

Private markets has run on spreadsheets and fragmented providers for decades. We knew there was a better way, so we built it.
