The challenge

A global wealth management platform had systems built entirely for public markets. Private markets are operationally complex: irregular cash flows, manual capital calls, side letters and fund-level reporting all require specialist infrastructure. The platform wanted to offer private markets funds to advised clients without building this capability in-house.

The solution

Titanbay operates as an operating layer between the wealth platform and the underlying funds. Integration was via a standard order API, meaning no changes were required to the adviser journey or front-end systems. TradeEngine handles all private markets complexity, including capital calls, redemptions and reporting, invisibly.

The outcomes

LTAFs from leading managers now available as a native asset class on the platform. No additional operational headcount required. Integration from 2026. Forward roadmap includes ELTIFs and European platform rollout.
