A European wealth manager runs an annual programme spanning private equity, debt and real assets. Managing three concurrent fund structures, with full AIFMD compliance and hundreds of investors, was beyond the capacity of the internal team to absorb without a dedicated operational partner.

The solution

Titanbay was appointed as AIFM, taking on full regulatory accountability across all three funds. Implementation was completed in eight weeks. Full operational lifecycle management covers onboarding, capital calls, reporting and compliance.
